Corrections Policy

RenewableEnergy.ph is committed to publishing accurate, fair, and reliable journalism. While we strive to verify all information before publication, we recognize that errors can occasionally occur. When they do, we are committed to correcting them promptly and transparently.

Our Commitment

Accuracy is a core principle of our editorial process. We carefully review information before publication and verify facts using official documents, regulatory filings, company disclosures, government sources, interviews, and other credible references.

If an error is identified after publication, we will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

Types of Corrections

Minor Corrections. Minor typographical errors, formatting issues, or grammatical mistakes that do not affect the meaning of an article may be corrected without a formal correction notice.

Factual Corrections. If an article contains incorrect factual information—such as names, figures, dates, quotations, or other material details—we will update the article as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, a correction note will be added at the end of the article explaining what was changed.

Significant Updates

When important new information becomes available after publication, we may update an article to reflect the latest developments.

Where appropriate, the article will include an “Updated” note indicating that additional information has been added.

Reader Feedback

We welcome feedback from readers who believe an article contains an error or requires clarification.

To report a correction, please email:

editor@renewableenergy.ph

Please include:

The article headline or URL
The information you believe is incorrect
Supporting evidence or references, if available

We review all correction requests carefully and respond as appropriate.

Transparency

We do not remove published articles solely because they contain factual errors. Instead, we correct the information and maintain transparency about significant changes whenever practical.

Articles may be removed only in exceptional circumstances, such as legal requirements or serious ethical concerns.

Editorial Independence

Correction decisions are made solely by the editorial team. Advertisers, sponsors, or commercial partners have no influence over whether corrections are issued or how they are presented.
